Archaeology Module

Re:discovery’s Archaeology Module provides a complete record-keeping and interpretive research database for artifacts and their original context (site, major site features, excavated opening, and level). The archaeological records are integrated with the objects database to manage cross-mended objects and a study collection. As with all Re:discovery modules, the screen format is flexible to best reflect the nature of the artifacts and the kind of information being tracked.

With Re:discovery’s Archaeology module, you can

Define categories and sub-categories for artifact nomenclature.
Interface to site analysis software (such as Surfer or AutoCAD).
Display and print scanned images of artifacts and sites.
Define subsets of artifacts for reports or statistical analysis.
