Managing Objects
Proficio’s Collections Management module is flexible and easy to use for
managing any type of collection. The system includes standard catalog records
tailored to Art, Cultural History, and Natural History objects.
Many fields on a catalog record can be customized to suit specialized collections.
Catalog Records
Users can include virtually unlimited documentation for each object. Proficio’s interface simplifies data entry,
searches, management tasks, generating reports, exporting data, and providing public access.
It’s also easy to customize fields and to make data entry consistent with guidelines for each field.
