Customizations

We offer services to custom-configure systems and features for your specific needs. We work directly with the client to design any requested customizations.

Software Conversion

We have extensive experience converting data from a wide range of collections management applications and in-house systems.

Training

One complementary training session is included with the purchase of Proficio. General comprehensive and specific system administrator training is also available upon request. We train users via the web or onsite.

Support

All new Re:discovery clients receive 90 days of complimentary technical support. After that period we offer on-going end-user support. We're happy to provide useful and courteous support to our clients every workday, just contact us by telephone, email, or FAX. The support fees are based on the software licenses purchased and any system customizations.
